• Once an order is confirmed, it is prepared for dispatch from our store.
• Pick Up Mtaani collects the package and delivers it directly to the customer’s preferred location.
• Customers receive timely updates regarding their delivery status.

• Other regions within Kenya (subject to location and availability)

Delivery Timelines

• Same-day delivery for orders placed before 10:00AM.
• Next-day delivery for orders placed later in the day or for longer distances

Delivery Charges

• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and package size.
• Charges will be communicated to the customer before dispatch.
